Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Previous management or supervisory roles in assisted living is highly preferred.
• Must be able to relocate following training to Belmont Village markets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, video conferencing, and basic IT tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead memory care programs within Belmont Village communities.
• Supervise caregivers and activity hosts, coordinating care and resident activities.
• Plan, facilitate, and assess activities to promote resident engagement and well-being.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Belmont Village values in daily operations.
