Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living invites leaders to join its 6-month Director of Resident Care Services In-Training program. This immersive path trains you to excel as a Senior Living Director of Resident Care Services/Director of Nursing, with mentorship from an experienced preceptor in Belmont Village communities.

Through on-the-job shadowing, online modules, and hands-on experience, you'll rotate across care and clinical services, learn to manage licensed nurses and caregivers, and be prepared

Qualifications

• Active LVN, LPN or RN license in applicable state(s).
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Management/supervisory experience in Assisted Living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 6-month Director of Resident Care Services in-training program.
• Shadow across care and clinical services with mentorship.
• Coordinate licensed nurses, medication technicians, and caregivers.
• Relocate after training for a Director role at Belmont Village markets.
