Job summary

Azura Memory Care of Mukwonago is seeking a Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead the T.I.M.E. Program. This part-time role focuses on creating meaningful, memory-affirming activities for residents and individuals living with early memory loss.

You'll plan events, coordinate Memory Café and dementia education, and partner with families and the care team to promote emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being every day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
• Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations
• Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs
• Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being
• Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day

Schedule

Monday:9:00 AM–3:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement)Program

Week 1:Sunday, Monday & Friday
Week 2:Monday, Friday & Saturday

What You'll Do

Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday

Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations

Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs

Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being

Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day

What We're Looking For
