Job summary

Azura of Mukwonago is hiring a Fun & Activities Coordinator to design and run daily programs for residents living with dementia and memory loss. You will plan calendars, lead engaging activities, and partner with care teams to create meaningful moments.

This full-time role requires creativity, compassion, and strong relationship-building with residents and families. The schedule runs 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with every other weekend, and benefits include tuition reimbursement, PTO, and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities that support residents' physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being
• Organize arts and crafts, entertainment, outings, and special events
