Job summary

Azura Memory Care of Fox Point seeks a compassionate Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead the T.I.M.E. program and create meaningful experiences for residents and individuals with early memory loss.

The role involves planning engaging activities, coordinating events, and partnering with families and the care team to promote emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being. Full-time on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults or dementia care settings.

Schedule

Tues­day to Friday: 9:00 AM-4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program

What You'll Do

Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday

Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations

Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being

Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day

What We're Looking For

Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred)

Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated

Strong communication and basic computer skills

A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive

Position Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in working with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia
• Activity involvement in previous position
• Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide recreational therapy services
