Azura Memory Care Mukwonago is seeking a compassionate Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead the T.I.M.E. Program and deliver meaningful experiences for residents living with memory loss.

This part-time role emphasizes creativity, engagement, and person-centered care. You will plan engaging activities, coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs, and partner with families and team members to promote emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being every day.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults (senior living or healthcare preferred).
• Creative, organized, compassionate, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication and basic computer skills.
• A passion for dementia care and helping others thrive.

Responsabilités

• Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
• Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations

At Azura Memory Care, we're looking for a compassionate, creative, and energetic Activities & Memory Enhancement Coordinatorto lead meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our residents and individuals living with early memory loss. Schedule

Monday Time:9:00 AM to 4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement)Program

Friday and Every Other Weekend8:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Week 1:Sunday, Monday & Friday
Week 2:Monday, Friday & Saturday

What You'll Do

Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday

Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations

Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs

Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being

Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day
