Job summary

Azura Memory Care of Fox Point is seeking a Memory Enhancement Coordinator to lead the TIME program and craft meaningful experiences for residents and individuals with early memory loss.

You will plan engaging activities, coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs, and collaborate with families and the care team to support emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Creative, organized and compassionate with self-motivation.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer literacy.
• A genuine passion for dementia care and improving quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Lead Azura's TIME Program every Monday.
• Plan engaging activities, special events and celebrations.
• Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs.
• Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical and social well-being.
• Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments daily.

Schedule

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM'4:00 PM leading our T.I.M.E. (Therapeutic Interventions for Memory Enhancement) Program

What You'll Do

• Lead Azura's T.I.M.E. Program every Monday
• Plan engaging activities, special events, and celebrations
• Coordinate Memory Café and dementia education programs
• Promote residents' emotional, cognitive, physical, and social well-being
• Partner with families and team members to create meaningful moments every day

What We're Looking For
