Azura of Mukwonago is hiring a Fun & Activities Coordinator to create engaging, resident-centered programs for seniors living with dementia. You will plan monthly calendars, lead activities, and foster meaningful connections with residents and families.

Full-time role with weekend rotation and shift from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. We seek compassionate individuals who are creative, dependable, and passionate about enriching daily life.

Qualifications

• Experience in memory care or activities coordination is a plus.
• Ability to plan and lead group activities.
• Excellent communication with residents and families.
