Job summary

Micron Technology is seeking a Memory Design Engineer in Boise, Idaho. You will design and optimize analog and digital circuits for DRAM and advanced memory products, including PDN circuitry, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability goals.

You will verify designs, perform parasitic extraction, and work with process integration teams to enable next-generation memory technologies, leveraging UNIX and Cadence tools to ensure silicon

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of post-baccalaureate experience.
• Experience with analog and digital circuit design and simulation.
• Experience with PDN circuit design, analysis, and optimization.
• Experience using UNIX and Cadence design environments, including simulation, schematic entry, and SPF extraction.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, analyze, and optimize analog and digital CMOS circuits used in DRAM and other memory products, including PDN circuitry.
• Collaborate with design, verification, product engineering, process integration, test, probe, assembly, and marketing teams to develop memory solutions meeting objectives.
• Perform circuit verification, layout review, parasitic extraction, and silicon correlation to validate performance.
• Partner with process integration and transistor modeling teams to develop circuits for future technologies and memory products.
• Demonstrate the ability to use AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
