Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care and assessments.
• Experience in recruiting, training and managing people in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, develop, and schedule resident services staff according to policy.
• Establish and maintain a medication system per regulations.
• Perform assessments and care plans for residents.
• Manage daily routines for memory care residents.
• Operate department within budget and company guidelines.
• Provide training to new and current staff.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and leadership.
• May cover staffing and drive company vehicle if required.
