Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Washington, IL, seeks an Executive Director to oversee operations across memory care and assisted living communities. The role requires leadership, financial oversight, and hands-on management to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

The Executive Director will manage budgets, collaborate with staff, families, and community partners, and drive strategic growth.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree preferred.
• 2 years management experience.
• 2 years of Memory Care experience required.
• Any and all licenses in good standing.
• Able to work flexible work hours due to demands of position.
• Weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, State hospitals and general public.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual.
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Practice and promote Villas of Holly Brook Policy and Procedures, Mission Statement.
• Experience with budgeting, data processing, and financial reporting.
