Grace Management, Inc. is seeking a Wellness Director/Director of Nursing (LPN/RN). The role oversees the Wellness Department, ensuring high-quality resident care, medication management, and coordination with healthcare providers. Full-time, on-site at Palm Bay Memory Care in Palm Bay, FL.

Qualifications

• Licensed nurse (LPN or RN) in state
• Minimum of two years in senior housing or similar setting
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Wellness Department to provide excellent care
• Manage the medication program, documentation, and physician orders
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate wellness staff; schedule 24/7 coverage
• Coordinate with hospital personnel, physicians, and community services
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety procedures
