Villas of Holly Brook in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/RN) for a full-time position. The role focuses on clinical nursing within state guidelines, medication administration, and resident care planning to support seniors.

You will collaborate with a team to maintain high-quality care, privacy standards, and regulatory compliance. Active RN or LPN license and at least one year of experience with older adults are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN/LPN in good standing with State Licensing Authority.
• Experience of one year or more in the care of senior adults and adults with cognitive decline is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and officials.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing procedures within the scope of practice as allowed by state law.
• Lead the medication administration process with accurate transcription and ordering.
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance while on duty.
• Support resident assessments and customize service plan development.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy rules and ensure safe, dignified resident care.
