Job summary

Brightview Senior Living seeks a Memory Care Director/Wellspring Village Director to lead dementia care across the Wellspring Village community. You will guide a team of associates, develop engaging programming, and ensure service quality aligns with Brightview standards and budget.

You will oversee resident assessments, coordinate with families, and drive initiatives to keep residents active, safe and engaged in a vibrant living environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in gerontology or related field; 3+ years with cognitive impairment; degree preferred by state regulation.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in 24x7 environments.
• Knowledge of cognitive impairment factors and therapeutic interventions.
• Experience designing dementia programming and guiding families through changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all care, services and programming in Wellspring Village to meet Brightview standards.
• Attract, retain, coach, motivate and lead a high-performing associate team.
• Develop and execute programming to engage residents with dementia.
• Plan schedules to ensure adequate staffing and participate in resident assessments and family meetings.
• Contribute to the Resident Services Plan and staff training initiatives.
