Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Wellspring Village Director to lead dementia/memory care programs, guide care teams, and ensure vibrant, high-quality resident experiences. You will partner with Health Services and external partners to uphold Brightview standards and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Gerontology or related field, strong preferred.
• Minimum supervision experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cognitive impairment care and programming.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead, direct, and motivate others to excel (team leadership).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all care, services and programming for Wellspring Village.
• Attract, retain, coach, motivate, and lead a high-performing team.
• Develop and oversee Resident Services Plan and staffing schedules.
