Qualifications

• Medication administration training (8 hours) and passing score.
• CPR training and ongoing education as required.

Responsibilities

• Update resident schedules and ensure shifts are covered.
• Review physician orders and manage medication-related tasks.
• Provide companion care and assist with activities as listed in resident plan of care.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Follow Eskaton policies and safety guidelines.
