Arrow Senior Living in Hudson, OH is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner (Part-Time). You will advocate empathy, observe residents to tailor engagement plans, and manage staging daily activities from morning to night.

You will partner with residents to support daily life and document care changes in our memory care neighborhoods. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and the physical ability to perform duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English with Residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel and stoop.
• Capability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal background clear.

Responsibilities

• Advocate of empathy: create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient observer: discover residents’ interests and create engagement plans.
• Master of the mise en scène: set the stage for daily experiences from breakfast to bedtime.
• Life partner: collaborate with residents to support daily life activities from waking to sleeping.
• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of team members in memory care neighborhoods.
