Job summary

Sunridge Assisted Living of Roy is seeking a Memory Care Care Coordinator (MCC) who will supervise CNAs, oversee resident well-being, and support the daily operations under supervision of nursing and executive leadership. Responsibilities include training staff, updating service plans, and ensuring paperwork is completed timely.

The MCC will coordinate assessments, supervise care, monitor compliance with regulations, and serve as a liaison between residents, families and care providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident assessments and semi-annual reviews.

• Communicate concerns with Administration and RN staff.
• Ensure compliance with assisted living rules and resident care standards.
• Address resident and family questions and issues promptly.
