Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents. You will assist with ADLs, transportation, and daily activities while upholding dignity, safety, and privacy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications, and Medication Management if required.
• Food Handler’s Card is preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aid Certification is preferred where state allows.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) with dignity and safety.
• Read ISP and shift reports at start of each shift, update as needed.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers and meals.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergencies with care.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community.
• Maintain safe environment and ensure compliance with policies.
