Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a full-time NOC caregiver in memory care. You will support residents with daily living activities, follow care plans, and assist during mealtimes. This role requires compassion, reliability, and the ability to work Sunday through Thursday with pay DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining each resident’s self-respect, dignity and safety.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is being given to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and activities.
• Provide assistance at mealtime with selecting meals, serving, and clearing trays.
• Transport residents safely as needed and assist with transfers.
• Chart and document appropriate information and report changes to a supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergency requests.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort and participate in drills when required.
