Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Caregiver in California. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, following care plans, and ensuring dignity and safety in a warm, hospitality-focused environment.

You will participate in meals, activities, and personal care, while documenting observations and supporting the care team. AHS/First Aid may be required; HS diploma or equivalent is expected, with Nurses Aide preferred.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or over and legal work status.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Current first aid certification.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Maintain resident dignity and confidentiality with courteous service.
• Perform safety checks and document observations promptly.
• Transport residents and assist with transfers and activities.
