Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full-time Caregiver (Memory Care) to support residents in daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, meals, and transfers. The role emphasizes dignity, respect, and excellent customer service in a memory care setting.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with activities, safety checks, and documentation. The position runs Sunday through Thursday, 6:00am–2:00pm, with benefits and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with proper work authorization.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Nurses Aide certification.
• Current first-aid certification.
• Background clearance as required by state regulations.
• Proficient in reading and speaking English.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Prior caregiving experience preferred; on‑job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and transfers.
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care is given.
• Respond promptly to resident needs with dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
• Assist with mealtime: selecting meals, serving, eating, and delivering room trays.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, or other locations.
• Perform regular safety checks on residents.
• Encourage participation in daily activities and life-enriching programs.
• Clean, complete laundry, and assist with community duties as required.
• Manage oxygen tanks and concentrators per MD orders.
• Chart and document information and report resident changes to a supervisor.
