Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide high‑quality assistance with Activities of Daily Living and compassionate resident support. The role emphasizes dignity, privacy, and safety within all duties, including mobility, meals, and daily care tasks.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, current First Aid/CPR, and Medication Management certifications; Nursing Assistant certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aid Certification, preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Responds promptly to resident needs while maintaining independence, dignity, safety and privacy.
• Review ISP and lifestyle surveys at shift start; validate understanding.
• Assist residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, mealtime activities.
• Provide safe transport for residents and assist with transfers.
• Respond to residents’ behavioral expressions with compassion and follow policy.
• Perform housekeeping and laundry tasks as assigned; participate in wellness programs.
