Provision Living, LLC in Missouri seeks a Memory Support Manager to lead the memory care team and ensure high-quality, compliant services for residents. The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with the Director of Nursing to align care plans, assessments, and daily activities with regulatory requirements.

You will oversee care delivery, supervision of staff, budgeting input, and safe operations while maintaining compassionate, resident-centered care for memory care residents

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent with minimum three years related experience (preferably in senior care)
• Accredited LPN degree a plus
• Proven compliance with state and local regulations in memory care
• Demonstrated leadership in staffing, developing and retaining memory care teams
• Strong customer service and communication in elder care settings

Mansioni

• Oversee delivery of quality memory care services in compliance with regulations
• Lead and supervise memory care staff to meet residents' emotional, physical and safety needs
• Collaborate with DON and Director of Nursing on care plans and assessments
• Act as liaison with residents, families, staff and the community
• Assist with budgeting and operating expenses for memory care
