Avamere Skilled Advisors, LLC d/b/a Avamere Living is seeking aPart-Time/On-Call Server for memory care and assisted living settings in Portland, OR. You will take orders, serve meals, maintain dining area cleanliness, and provide attentive service to residents and guests.

This role requires knowledge of sanitation standards, strong personal hygiene, and the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification. A Food Handler card is required. Benefits and weekend availability may apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high standards of food service sanitation and safety.
• Maintain high personal hygiene; frequent hand washing.
• Interpersonal skills to relate with residents and staff.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification during employment.
• Food Handler card issued by local Health Department.
• Awareness of dietary practices and hospital/nursing home regulations.

Responsibilities

• Record and deliver meal orders accurately to residents.
• Deliver food promptly and courteously, with attractive presentation.
• Provide attentive service and address resident needs.
• Set up dining room and maintain cleanliness during meals.
• Clear and reset tables for next service.
• Take and deliver room service orders.
• Know menu and special dietary needs.
• Interact professionally with residents and guests.
• Follow food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service.
