Job summary

The Lumiere of Chesterfield is seeking a dedicated Resident Care Coordinator to lead the Thrive program daily, coordinating with Life Enrichment Coordinators, Life Enrichment Assistants, and the direct care team to deliver engaging activities for our residents.

Working with the Administrator and Health Care Coordinator, you will oversee the Courtyard community, ensuring a safe, respectful environment for memory care residents while upholding Tutera's YOUNITE values and commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of memory care or dementia care experience, with at least one year in supervision.
• Background in senior living, social work, recreational therapy, or nursing preferred.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement and prioritization.
• Knowledge of dementia and Alzheimer's progression.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Thrive program is implemented daily across the community.
• Coordinate with Life Enrichment team and direct care staff to run the program.
• Oversee Courtyard community in cooperation with Administrator and Health Care Coordinator.
