Job summary
The Lumiere of Chesterfield Senior Living Community is seeking an Activities Assistant to support the Activities Director in planning and delivering resident-centered programs. Qualifications
- A genuine passion for working with seniors.
- Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Prior experience as an Activities Assistant in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
- Activities Certification preferred.
- One year of experience conducting activities in the past five years preferred.
- Professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing activities to meet residents' needs.
- Support the Activities Director in coordinating recreational services.
- Help create engaging programs that encourage participation.
