Job summary

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Memory Care Unit Coordinator to oversee the Thrive program daily and supervise Life Enrichment staff in the Courtyard community. You will work with the Administrator and Health Care Coordinator to maintain a safe, engaging environment for residents.

The role requires at least two years of dementia care experience and supervisory exposure, with strong customer service and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Background in senior living, social work, recreational therapy, or nursing preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Professional appearance and behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Thrive program is implemented daily by Life Enrichment team.
• Oversee Courtyard community in cooperation with the Administrator and Health Care Coordinator.
• Collaborate with Life Enrichment and direct care staff to run a functional program.
