Job summary

Three Links Campus in Northfield, MN seeks Resident Assistants for memory care cottages. This part-time, on-site role supports residents with daily living activities and collaborates with the nursing team to follow the care plan.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of age.
• Interest in learning and helping seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care per plan (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Assist with transfers and vital signs as needed.
• Promote independence and self-help skills.
• Maintain safe, clean resident areas.
• Assist with medication passing.
