Job summary

Three Links Health Services in Northfield, MN is seeking a Nursing Assistant Registered (CNA) for skilled nursing. Evening shifts are available as part-time or full-time roles, with every other weekend and holiday rotation and shift differentials of $1.00 for evenings and $2.50 for overnight.

The starting hourly wage is $23.56 to $25.77, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, 100% employer-paid health insurance, an HSA with employer contributions, and a 401(a)

Qualifications

• Certification from the State of Minnesota or enrollment in an approved CNA course.
• Must be 18 years of age and on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as outlined in the care plan.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver quality resident care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, transfers).
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the team.
• Follow directions from staffing leaders and adhere to the care plan.
