Job summary

Diamond Willow Assisted Living & Memory Care in Mountain Iron, MN is seeking a Resident Assistant for part-time overnight shifts. You will support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and comfort while collaborating with a compassionate care team.

The role covers toileting, bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility support, medication assistance, and dementia-related care. Flexible scheduling and benefits are offered to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must pass a DHS background study.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; CNA license exception may apply.
• Experience in caregiving and aging population preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Toileting and bathing assistance.
• Dressing and grooming support.
• Feeding assistance.
• Management of dementia-related behaviors.
• Transfer and mobility assistance (including use of mechanical lifts).
• Medication administration and treatments.
• End of life care.
• Meal preparation.
• Daily housekeeping and laundry.
