Job summary

Northern Lakes Senior Living in Baxter, MN, seeks a Registered Nurse to ensure health needs of residents in Assisted Living/Memory Care are met. The RN will maintain assessments, coordinate services with providers, and oversee medications within regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include documentation, staff supervision, and collaboration with the Director of Health Services to monitor quality of care. This position involves evening shifts and every third weekend.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing is required.
• MN RN license required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Maintains current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessments per Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act.
• Coordinates resident health services with internal and external providers.
• Manages and oversees medication and treatment administration.
• Schedules and completes Supervisory Visits and assists DHS in staff evaluations.
