Three Links Campus in Northfield, MN seeks Resident Assistants for memory care cottages. This part-time, on-site role supports residents with daily living activities and collaborates with the nursing team to follow the care plan.

Requirement:16+ years of age. This position requires an interest in learning. Treat residents with respect and courtesy. No CNA/NAR required.

TheRAis responsible to demonstrate and role model the mission, vision, and values of the organization. This position works collaboratively with members of the nursing team to provide direct care to residents based on the established plan of care.

RAs are responsible for:

• providing residents with personal care (including bathing, transfers, dressing, feeding, toileting, vital signs, etc.)
• reporting changes in resident condition,
• promoting resident independence by fostering self-help skills,
• keeping the resident areas safe and orderly,
• RAs are responsible for medication passing.
