Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator in La Grange, IL to lead daily Memory Care operations, promote the Embrace philosophy, and collaborate with the Health and Wellness team.

The role requires an Associate’s degree, 1–3 years of dementia care or recreation programming, and proven leadership. You will personally run 5–7 programs daily and train staff to deliver person-centered programming, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven Leadership experience.
• Experience working with memory care, dementia care, or senior recreation programming.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Embrace philosophy in all aspects of resident, family, and staff interactions.
• Lead high-quality Memory Care programming with a minimum of 5–7 programs per day.
• Provide education, training, and hands-on support to community staff in partnership with the community managers.
• Oversee daily operations in Memory Care in collaboration with the Memory Care Director and Health and Wellness team.
• Implement and monitor programs to ensure resident/family/staff satisfaction while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
