Qualifications

• Basic typing skills are essential.
• Basic PC and word processing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Designs a 7 day a week person centered program that is engaging and meets residents' needs.
• Develops a monthly calendar with residents' interests and coordinates events.
• Ensures programs comply with BEST and dementia care standards and regulations.
• Collaborates with community leadership to educate families and associates on dementia care.
• May supervise Clare Bridge Program Assistants and assist with hiring and coaching.
• Plans events outside the community and manages budget/expenditure as assigned.
• Performs related tasks including care support as needed to maintain service quality.
