Job summary

Summit Place & Summit Court, a Sonida Senior Living community in Anderson, SC, is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead engaging programming for residents across memory care, assisted living, and independent living.

You will develop monthly calendars, train staff, ensure safety, and communicate with families while delivering compassionate care. CPR/First Aid certification is required; college credits are required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
