Job summary

Summit Place & Summit Court, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) to lead programming for memory care residents. The role involves creating monthly activity calendars, ensuring safety, and guiding staff to deliver compassionate care.

Develop and train teams, communicate with families, and conduct tours when needed. This on-site position emphasizes resident well-being and exemplary program leadership.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on the resident preferences.
• Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
