Job summary

Sonida Senior Living is seeking a Magnolia Trails Director (Memory Care Activities) in Anderson, SC to lead the memory care programming for Summit Place & Summit Court. You will develop monthly activity calendars and train new staff to uphold the Magnolia Trails Pillars.

You will safeguard residents' safety, coordinate with families, and conduct tours for prospective residents. This on-site role requires CPR/First Aid certification and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• College credits required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
• Train new staff on Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
• Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
• Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
• Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
