Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Activities Assistant - Part Time. This role supports Clare Bridge programming, leading dementia-friendly activities to enhance residents’ quality of life within the memory care community.

You will assist in implementing person centered programs, engage residents in meaningful activities, and help coordinate services with the Program Manager. A valid driver’s license and experience with older adults are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults or dementia preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record within 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading dementia-friendly programs and activities for residents.
• Coordinate and document individual resident plans and program participation.
• Ensure programming complies with Brookdale standards, policies, and regulations.
• Provide guidance to associates on engagement and quality of life for residents.
