You will lead resident activities, coordinate schedules, and work with a multidisciplinary team to implement policies and ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Proven experience as program coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of program management procedures.
• Ability to work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities that engage residents in meaningful, age-appropriate programs.
• Provide varied recreational activities with supervision.
• Ensure implementation of facility policies and practices.
• Engage and motivate residents to participate.
• Build positive relations within the team and with external parties.
• Schedule and organize meetings and events.
• Inform residents of upcoming activities and maintain event calendars.
• Maintain records of activities and resident participation per state law.
• Support growth and program development.
• May perform other duties as needed.
