Job summary

Chateau Retirement Communities is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to support our Memory Care team, blending administrative duties with meaningful resident and family interactions.

You will coordinate care conferences, manage monthly billing and long-term care insurance billing, create and adjust caregiver schedules, maintain resident records, assist with onboarding and training, coordinate new admissions with Marketing, and help ensure regulatory compliance in a warm, welcoming

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating resident care and billing processes.
• Experience with elder care or memory care settings.
• Knowledge of Washington Assisted Living regulations preferred.
• Scheduling and staffing coordination experience.
• Familiarity with billing and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care conferences with residents, families, nurses, and staff.
• Manage monthly resident billing and long-term care insurance billing.
• Create and adjust caregiver schedules to maintain staffing levels.
• Maintain resident records, care documentation, and caregiver task sheets.
• Coordinate new resident admissions with Marketing.
• Support Health Services Department operations and regulatory compliance.
