Cherokee Park Rehabilitation is seeking a Memory Care Coordinator. We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with a compassionate spirit to organize, plan, and facilitate activity programs for Memory Care residents in a 20-bed all-female unit.
The role emphasizes program development, human resources support, and the ability to lead engaging activities while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team. There is a strong focus on resident wellness and meaningful engagement.
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for this position. You must be a peopleperson with a compassionate spirit and an enthusiasm for working with Memory Care residents. This individual is responsible for the organization, planning, and facilitation of activity programs designed to promote the overall wellness of our Memory Care resident population.
