Job summary

Manor Lake Living in Cartersville, GA, seeks a Memory Care Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of the Memory Care Program. You will promote a person-centered environment, support residents with cognitive needs, and collaborate with families and staff to maintain high quality of life.

The role requires leadership in staff training, policy development, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on individualized care plans and effective communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and coach a care team with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Lead Memory Care staff recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training to maintain full coverage.
• Develop and maintain memory care policies with nursing leadership.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and regulatory plans with the Executive Director.
• Ensure staff complete required dementia education and ongoing competency development.
• Oversee engagement activities, memory care programming, and volunteer involvement.
• Participate in pre-admission screening and care plan development with Sales and Resident Care.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing on prospective resident visits and referrals.
