You will document changes, support team orientation, and help create engaging routines that honor each resident’s preferences. The position requires 18+, a high school diploma, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Advocate empathy and build human connections with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Act as a patient observer, learn residents' interests and engagement needs.
• Prepare environment and routines to support daily activities and events.
• Partner with residents to assist daily living from morning to night.
• Document care accurately and monitor changes in residents' condition.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
