Qualifikationen

• Ability to make independent decisions when needed.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Provide companionship and support to residents.
• AssistMemory Care residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility).
• Participate in and lead one-on-one and group activities.
• Assist with mealtime, memory care laundry, and basic housekeeping in memory care neighborhood.
• Address resident/family/employee concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with residents, visitors, and coworkers.
