Job summary

Senior Resource Group, LLC in Lincolnwood, IL seeks a Memory Care Caregiver to assist residents in Memory Care with daily living, engagement, and dining under the direction of the Enliven Director.

The role includes providing high-quality resident care, documenting activities, responding to emergencies, maintaining infection control, and participating in ongoing training. CNA or caregiver experience and CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• CNA or caregiver experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Experience with care management platforms (Yardi, eMAR, Schedule Pop, ADP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to SRG philosophy of person-centered care and Genuine Hospitality.
• Maintains a professional appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
• Responds promptly to resident needs and calls.
• Documents care given and reports to oncoming staff.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living, meals, and housekeeping as needed.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.
• Participates in training and team meetings.
