Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and manage caregivers and medication technicians.
• Coordinate and support resident care plans and staff education.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes in needs.
• Assist with medication administration and medication-related documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
• Address resident and family concerns in collaboration with the Wellness Director.
