Job summary

Bethesda Senior Living Communities in Phoenix is seeking a Lead Memory Care Certified Caregiver (Medication Aide) to provide attentive care to residents, administer medications, and support the Health Services Director in daily operations.

You will lead on your unit during shifts, assist with daily activities, escort residents, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment while delivering excellent customer service to residents and families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Caregiver Certificate as required by state.
• CPR/First Aid certification as required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Administers medications following policies and MAR checks.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintains patient safety and dignity during daily care.
• Documents changes and reports to Health Services Director.
• Coordinates with pharmacy and physicians for timely med delivery.
• Provides compassionate, respectful care and addresses concerns.
