Bethesda Senior Living Communities seeks a Lead Memory Care Certified Caregiver (Medication Aide) in Phoenix to provide compassionate care, administer medications, assist with daily activities, and supervise other caregivers during shifts, ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

You will coordinate with the Health Services Director, perform med checks, document MAR changes, schedule appointments, and support residents through meals and activities in a welcoming, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Certified Caregiver Certificate as required by the State.
• CPR/First Aid as required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provides care and assistance to residents in a compassionate environment.
• Administers medications according to policies and procedures.
• Assists Health Services Director with orders, med deliveries, and audits.
• Sets up medications and passes them to residents following policies.
