ChristianaCare in Delaware seeks a Memory Care Specialist APC to diagnose, treat, and manage memory disorders, including Alzheimer’s disease, within a multidisciplinary care team. The role requires a Master’s degree (NP or PA), board certification in geriatrics, psychiatry, or neurology, and a DE license, with a Monday–Friday day shift and no on-call.
